Refund policy

Cancellations
To be eligible for a cancellation, your order must not be in the print production stage.

To request a cancellation, you can contact us at hello@classinkdesigns.com.au. Please note that not all cancellation requests will be approved and will be dependent on your order status. 

If your cancellation request is accepted, we’ll refund you 70% of your total order. There is a 30% (of your total order) cancellation fee. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer any form of refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
