When should I send out my invitations?
We recommend sending out your invitations at least 4 months before your wedding.
How long does printing take?
The printing method you choose will determine the production time. See below:
Digital Print: 5-7 business days + shipping
Letterpress/Hot Foil Print: 13-15 business days + shipping
Can I request different fonts or layouts?
No. Each collection has been designed with the fonts and layout carefully chosen. If you are after a custom design please fill out the form on our contact page and we will be in touch with a quote.
I want to purchase a design and use it for a different event. Is this possible?
Yes, it sure is! All you have to do is send us the preferred wording for your event. Birthday, christening, bridal shower, hens party… you name it!
Do you ship world wide?
Absolutely! We love working with our interstate and international friends, so much so, we currently ship world wide.
I need my order ASAP! Can I rush my order?
Yes! We offer a priority rush service. Please note this comes with an additional fee of 30% of your total order. You will receive your order within 5 business days of finalising your proof. We can only offer this service for digital print items. Due to the nature of letterpress and hot foil press, we cannot rush their process.
How far in advance should I order 'on the day' stationery?
We reccommend odering your on the day stationery as soon as you can! We undertand that you may not have details such as your guest list and menu finalised closer to your event, so we ask that this information is given to us at least six weeks before your event date.
Can I order a quantity over 200?
Yes! If you require a unit amount above 200 please contact us at hello@classinkdesigns.com.au for a tailored quote.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Due to the nature of our services and the customisation of all products, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds. You will be sent proofs before your order goes to print, so we highly recommend checking these thoroughly to avoid any errors before print.
